About Me

Hi, my name is Huicong. I’m pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Washington Tacoma and expect to graduate in June 2022. Last year, I interned at Google, VMware, and MathWorks and got board experience in the industry on internal tool development, API development, and infrastructure maintenance. I’m a mechanical engineer by training with a solid quantitative background and experience in interdisciplinary research, including computational and experimental fluid dynamics. I published several peer-reviewed papers about the fluid dynamics research. I’m interested in full-stack web development, distributed systems, and scientific computing. I enjoy working on challenging problems, exploring new technologies, and playing basketball in my leisure time.
